Mgr. Karel Svoboda, Ph.D.

Karel Svoboda’s main areas of interest are Russian politics (esp. foreign affairs and economic issues) and transformation processes in Eastern and Central Europe. Most recently he has focused on the energy policy of the Post-soviet area.
